- Real Food Community Co-Op: We offer fresh produce and related products through our co-op. All orders are subject to availability. We strive to provide high-quality items but cannot guarantee specific varieties or quantities.
- RAW WEEK CHALLENGE: This is an educational program promoting raw food lifestyles. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
- Pricing and Payments: Prices are listed on the Site and subject to change. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy (see Section 4).
- Shipping and Delivery: For co-op products, delivery is available in select areas (primarily Tampa, FL). We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by you.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
- Produce and perishable items are non-refundable due to their nature.
- Program fees (e.g., RAW WEEK CHALLENGE) may be refundable within 7 days of purchase if no content has been accessed, minus any processing fees.
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial periods.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders or services at our discretion, with a full refund if applicable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, recipes, meal plans, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
